I want to thank some of those other outdoor souls that I have made a connection with.

Tim was born to be an outdoorsperson. Raised in rural Ontario with 5 siblings and no neighbors, ‘get outside’ was a familiar parental refrain and where all the action took place. Summer camp in Algonquin Park, canoe trips in Temagami, and a secondary school education that focused on the outdoors, shaped his love for everything outside.
He has lived adventure aplenty while bicycling, kayaking, or hitchhiking in all corners of the world, including but not limited to Canada, Greece, Ireland, Mexico, Nicaragua, the Caribbean jungle, Guatemala, Kenya, Yunnan, China, Laos, India, the Philippines, Thailand, France. I could go on, but you get the drift.
For nearly 30 years, he has lived out of panniers, backpacks, and sea kayaks, returning to Canada for a few months each summer to grab some money and plan the next adventure.

I am a member of the Great Lakes Adventure Club. The GLAC is a diverse group of people in southeast Michigan who enjoy having as much non-motorized outdoor fun as we can stand while treading lightly in nature. It brings together like-minded people to plan trips hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing an many other outdoor activities.

Ultimate Campgrounds is one of my favorite campground finder apps. Ted Houghton, the developer is a great guy who has designed a product to help many people find their next campground that will suit their needs through the careful consideration of multiple app features such as an easy to use map, multiple filtering choices and clear descriptions with a list of amenities that will allow the user to find exactly what they are looking for. Over 37,000 campgrounds in the database.
